Organic. Aged 18 months on stainless steel, this Plavac is a little lighter and lighter than your typical Zin-esque fella, but it’s not lacking in flavor. Named after the fishing village bar that Zlatan Otok owns in Hvar, this is an easy drinking red for its size, dark cherries and tart blueberries and light earthy tannins that should pair perfectly with pub fare - pizza, burgers, maybe even a Taylor Ham.
