Our dedicated delivery driver arrives at 5pm every day. When time and staffing permits, we will send deliveries earlier via other staff members to get you your products as soon as possible. Any local delivery orders placed after 9pm will be delivered the following evening.

Free Shipping for orders over $199 (pre-tax) to NY, NJ, and CT.
We offer free shipping for orders over $199 to anywhere in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Your order must be 12 bottles or less and over $199 in order to qualify for free shipping. If your order is 13-24 bottles, your order must be over $399 in order to qualify for free shipping. Orders under $199 will incur standard ground shipping charges applied at checkout.
During times of extreme heat or cold, we will gladly hold your purchases until we can ensure safer travel. If you opt to have your order shipped during such extreme weather, Myrtle Wines & Spirits cannot assume responsibility for the condition of your wines upon delivery.
Estimated Ground Shipping Delivery Times
We typically ship out within 1 business day but can take up to 3 business days during the holiday season or if an item is backordered due to insufficient quantity. Please note that we may hold your package for shipping due to extreme cold or hot weather which can spoil or damage your shipment. Shipping Terms
All alcoholic beverages are sold in New York and the title passes to you at the time of purchase in New York . You are solely responsible for the shipment of alcoholic beverage products. When an order is placed you are authorizing Myrtle Wines & Spirits to act on your behalf to engage with a common carrier to deliver the order. We make no representation relative to your right to import spirits or wine into your state. You are responsible for the shipment of alcoholic products purchased and determining the legality and consequences of having alcoholic beverages shipped to them. IF YOU CHOOSE TO SHIP YOUR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES TO A NON-RECIPROCAL STATE, YOU ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR COMPLYING WITH YOUR STATE’S LAWS REGARDING ALCOHOL SHIPMENTS.
You must be 21 years of age to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Myrtle Wines & Spirits. Any shipments containing alcoholic beverages are sent with an “Adult Signature Required” sticker, and the common carrier that delivers your merchandise is required to ask and check for identification upon delivery. This means that you will have to be present at the time of delivery.
You are reminded that various states impose limitations on the quantity of alcoholic beverages which may be purchased and brought into their jurisdiction without requiring the purchaser, the seller or the shipper to possess certain licenses or permits. Myrtle Wines & Spirits does NOT, as a condition of sale, assume any obligation nor bear any responsibility whatsoever for applying for or obtaining any such permits or licenses. Therefore, you are strongly advised to investigate such limitations and to determine the manner in which alcoholic beverages may lawfully be brought into states other than New York. You are responsible for all applicable excise, use and sales taxes due to your state related to the purchase of any taxable goods.
Myrtle Wines & Spirits makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of New York. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wines and is responsible for any loss or damage to goods once they have left our premises. By placing an order, you authorize Myrtle Wines & Spirits to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.
In compliance with local laws we cannot ship alcoholic beverages to the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maine, Maryland, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Washington.
We can ship wine to all other states. We are prohibited from shipping spirits.
