Another great biodynamic and unfiltered/unfined wild child from the makers of our beloved Boden Funk. A blend of Scheurebe (pronounced “shoi-ray-ba” a cross between riesling and another grape), Müller-Thurgau (like a less acidic, more floral riesling), & St Laurent (like a slightly beefier pinot noir) In addition to being delicious, it’s also organically farmed, native yeast fermented and gets only minimal SO2.
