100% Picpoul de Pinet from sunny southern France! Bright and zingy but with great texture, weight, and length on the palate from lees aging. Lots of lime, rich lemon, and green apple notes. The flamingos on the label are a staple of this coastal part of France. As such, pair with shrimp.
