In Three Words: Unfiltered, Light, Natural
This dry, amber wine is made from the bio/organically treated Chinuri grape variety, using traditional Georgian Qvevri vinification methods. With 10% skin contact and several weeks of maceration, the wine is crafted naturally without any additives, sulfites, clarification, or filtration. Expect a higher acidity and rich aromas, making it very light and pleasant, especially during summer. Sediment may appear due to the natural aging process, but it does not affect the wine's quality.
