A fresh wine, morning white flowers, orchard fruit, spices and wild herbs, all tied together with a funky edge to it. Slightly off-dry, aromatic - a bizarro alsatian riesling, perhaps. Nice granite finish keeps the off-dry-ness in check.
Moscatel de Alejandria, Semillon, and Chasselas planted in 1920. Off-dry cutie with a snap of granite at the finish to keep your attention. Grapes are hand-harvested and basket pressed. Only native yeasts are used. The wine is fermented and aged in concrete vat then bottled with very light filtration. Minimal Sulfites.
