Super clean, this gin reminds me of the rocky shores of Penobscot bay, where mountains plunge right down to the waterline. Hiking in those hills in the late Spring will take you through forests and scrub, and like that experience, this gin is decked out with herby notes and oodles of minerality. Like many American dry gins, this one is almost flawless and not so heavy on the aromatics. One of the better gins for Martinis I have come across in a while.
