The former distiller from Teelings teams up with the famous bar to make some deliciously big Irish Whiskey. Only technically aged five years, this guy gets some extra zing from a two-step aging process: “We use two types: firstly, we age our whiskey in old, seasoned bourbon casks. This lends a distinctly American accent to an Irish story. We then finish Dead Rabbit Whiskey in small, specially made, first-fill American oak barrels.“
