A beautiful pastel-like pale pink shallot color...the light color belies the red fruit character and aromas and flavors of red and black currant, watermelon, red raspberry, golden raspberry, spice and flowers. Plump, delicious, juicy, persistent, wonderful fruit intensity and clean, satisfying finish.
